I grant the MIT Integrated Learning Initiative (MITili) at MIT, located at 600 Technology Sq, 2F, NE49, Cambridge, MA 02139, the perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to:
- Record my participation and appearance in connection with the Event on any digital or film photography, video, audio or any other medium (collectively, the Recordings).
- Use my name (or any fictional name), likeness, voice and biographical material and information in connection with these Recordings in or for MITili written, electronic and web publications, including social media and apps (the Purpose).
- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display and/or publicly perform, in print, electronic or any other medium, copies of the Recordings, in whole or in part, without compensation to me.
Consent I am voluntarily making this grant of rights. I represent that I am of legal age, have full legal capacity and possess all rights necessary to make this grant of rights for and in connection with the Purpose. I further agree to release and forever discharge MITili, its agents, employees and designated representatives from any and all claims in law or equity that I, my heirs, or personal representatives have or shall have arising out of Recordings. I have read this Media Release form, understand, and agree to be bound by, its terms, by e-signing this release. I am aware that MITili will rely on the electronic signature, and hereby waive any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this release based upon such form of signature. This release is governed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
